Serial complaint-filer István Tényi filed a criminal complaint after it was reported that Fidesz MP and minister without portfolio Lajos Kósa (pictured) had entered into an incredibly bizarre contract to purchase government securities on behalf of a woman who claimed to have inherited more than 4.3 billion Euros.

Magyar Nemzet reports that Hungarian prosecutors have rejected the complaint on grounds that the initial media reports do not raise suspicions that any crime had been committed, despite the contact stating that Kósa’s mother would have also benefited from an 800 million HUF (2.56 million Euro) gift.
